Use of services
By booking lessons, camps, travel teams, or rentals with NexGen Sports, you agree to follow our facility rules and the instructions of our staff at all times.
Bookings & payment
All bookings are made through our online scheduler. Payment is required to reserve a session. Pricing, applicable taxes, and any additional fees are shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly on the date you signed up and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us at info@nexgen-sports.com. Cancellations stop the next billing cycle; the current paid month remains active.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Private lessons may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window forfeit the session. Camps, clinics, and travel-team deposits follow the program-specific policy disclosed at checkout.
Refunds
Unused private-lesson credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, less any sessions already used. Camp and clinic registrations are refundable up to 7 days before the start date; inside that window we'll issue a facility credit. Travel-team deposits and membership dues are non-refundable once the season or billing period has begun. Refunds for facility rentals require at least 48 hours' notice.
Weather, illness & facility closures
If NexGen Sports closes for weather, mechanical, or public-health reasons, affected sessions will be rescheduled or credited to your account at no cost.
Liability
Athletic activity carries inherent risk of injury. Participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge this risk and agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.
Intellectual property
All content on this website is the property of NexGen Sports unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
